 Lauren is such a kind and considerate person, I look forward to all my treatments-which is rare for me as I usually just feel anxious before an appointment. She also uses lovely oils too which smell great and make me feel so relaxed!

 Lauren is kind and understanding. She always listens to me and makes me feel so comfortable. The space is bright and airy and I always feel lifted and happier after a treatment. I had foot pain that was getting in the way of everything. After a few treatments with Lauren the pain has almost completely gone! I can now hike again and run after the kids. Thank you!

 Excellent treatment, highly recommend. I had suffered with shoulder pain and limited neck movement for years. Lauren put my nerves at ease at once during my initial consultation. She’s friendly yet professional and always has time for you. After a course of treatment and following the exercises and posture advice from Lauren, the difference was amazing. My shoulder is now totally pain free and my neck mobility has greatly improved. Navigating busy T-junctions when driving is no longer the painful chore it was before!

 After a few treatments I felt like a new person. So much more loose and flexible. Lauren gave some stretches and exercises to do at home which really made a difference too. She always has time for me and never rushes which is something I have not experienced before in similar settings. I also like how full the treatment feels, she covers a lot in one session.  As a painter and decorator I’ve had trouble with my shoulder on and off for years. Lauren was recommended by a friend and after a couple of treatments with her my pain has gone.  I have severe knee osteoarthritis and thought nothing could be done until I had surgery. After one session with Lauren my pain dramatically reduced, I slept better and took less painkillers. She knows what she’s doing, I’m glad I found her…I will be going here whilst I wait for surgery.
